Challenge Official Rules

These Official Rules apply to the Flip Challenge prize elements (the “Challenge”). The Challenge is presented by Flip Challenge in partnership with SheWolf Trader (the “Organizer”). Operator placeholder: [Company legal name / address]. Contact: support@ntwmarkets.com.

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) and who may lawfully participate where permitted by law. Employees of the Organizer and NTW Markets closely involved in administering the Challenge, and members of their immediate households, may be ineligible for prizes as determined by the Organizer. Void where prohibited.

2. No purchase necessary

The Challenge is free to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. Opening or funding a brokerage account is optional for educational participation and is not required solely to enter a prize drawing or leaderboard element unless a specific prize category expressly requires verified participation criteria published by the Organizer. Alternate means of entry, if any, will be described by the Organizer in Challenge communications.

3. Challenge period

The featured Challenge window begins on or about November 1, 2026, and runs for approximately 30 days, unless extended or modified by the Organizer. Participants may join during the window as announced.

4. How to enter

Submit your name and email via the Site signup form and follow onboarding instructions. Additional community steps (e.g., joining announced sessions) may be described in Challenge communications.

5. Leaderboard & winner determination

In general terms, prize consideration may be based on a Challenge leaderboard or similar ranking of participants who meet published eligibility and verification criteria during the Challenge window (for example, relative account progress metrics as defined by the Organizer). Exact metrics, weighting, tie-breakers, and verification steps will be announced by the Organizer before or during the Challenge. The Organizer’s decisions are final. Illustrative leaderboards on the Site are examples only.

6. Prizes

Prizes (if any) will be announced live on Zoom with the educators and/or in official Challenge channels. Prize details, approximate retail value, and number of winners will be stated at announcement. Winners may be required to complete affidavit / eligibility / tax documentation. Prizes are non-transferable except at the Organizer’s discretion. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

7. Modification / cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge or these Rules for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or events beyond its control, where permitted by law.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation may constitute consent to use first name/handle and Challenge-related commentary for educational or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Platform disclaimer

This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Telegram, Zoom, Apple, Google, or MetaTrader / MetaQuotes, except that those platforms may be used as communication or trading tools.

10. Limitation of liability

By participating, you agree to release the Organizer and its partners from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
