These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flip Challenge website at fxflipchallenge.com and related communications (the “Site”). The Flip Challenge is presented in partnership with SheWolf Trader (together, the “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Operator details: [Company legal name / address]. 1. Nature of the program

The Flip Challenge is a free-to-join educational and community trading challenge with live sessions, onboarding materials, and optional prizes. It is not an investment product, brokerage service, managed account, signal subscription guaranteeing results, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading accounts, if any, are opened with our partner broker, NTW Markets (or its affiliates), under that broker’s own terms. The Organizer does not hold client funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to use the Site and participate where permitted by law. The challenge and related brokerage services may not be available in all jurisdictions (including where CFDs or similar products are restricted). Participation is void where prohibited.

3. No financial advice

Content on the Site and in live sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. Educators and the Organizer are not providing personalized investment, tax, or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing that a named person is a licensed adviser acting in that capacity. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Risk

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, indices, gold, and other leveraged products involves a high risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Please read our Risk Disclosure. Challenge targets and examples are aspirational goals, not promises of results.

5. Signup and communications

By submitting the signup form, you consent to being contacted about the challenge and related onboarding. Name and email (and any other information you provide) may be shared with NTW Markets for account onboarding, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prizes and official rules

Prize eligibility, determination, and other contest terms are set out in the Challenge Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by the Organizer or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, harass others in community channels, or use the program for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ORGANIZER AND ITS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
